321 Five ROTARY UNIONS INTRODUCTION The company ROTOFLUX was established with the mission to fulfil the needs of the current market of rotary unions, with special emphasis on providing a quality product with the best quality, at an affordable price. Thanks to the technical and commercial experience of its staff, ROTOFLUX has been rapidly recognised as one of the market leaders in the field of rotary union. WARRANTY ROTOFLUX warrants that the products are free from any defect in material or machining. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the liability of ROTOFLUX is limited to the replacement or repair of any proved defective union or part, returned to ROTOFLUX, transportation prepaid. The warranty is extended to 12 months from invoice date. There is no warranty of any kind extended beyond the limits as written above. ROTOFLUX will not be liable for any damage caused by the incorrect use of its unions. QUALITY The quality of ROTOFLUX’s unions is continuously guaranteed, and every single union is tested prior to despatch. High quality materials (stainless steel, steel, aluminium, brass) are used in order to manufacture all ROTOFLUX’s unions. A strict control of all the manufacturing process steps, necessary to produce all sub-components, guarantees that all ROTOFLUX’s unions respect the key technical specifications needed by the customer. ROTOFLUX BALANCED SEALING Carbide to carbon graphite seals are used for clean water, air, vacuum and hot oil applications. Carbide to carbide seals are used for applications with poor filtering water, hydraulic oil, coolant and abrasive fluids. The seal faces are micro-lapped for a perfect mating.
